I finished my Winter English Camp last week. We had about 18 students participate. The attendance was much better than that of the summer camp. We had a great time teaching lessons about different countries. The students were quizzed daily on the world’s continents and oceans. Each day we concentrated on a different country. We also made some sandwiches, did a lesson on clothing, ate lots of chocolate and celebrated the New Year!

Near the end of the video, the kids are putting their hand-drawn picture postcards into an addressed envelope which is now in the mail and will end up at my step-mother’s middle school Social Studies class in three weeks time. The kids wrote a letter introducing themselves on one side, and then drew something about Korea on the other side. Let’s hope the middle school students enjoy their gift from Korea!
